My experience with the receptionist, Danesha, was concerning due to what I perceived as racially biased treatment. I observed her offering a range of choices and greater accommodation to another guest, while I was offered none. This disparity in service was evident from the outset of my interaction with her. The inconvenience continued when I reported my bathroom light fixture was loose. Instead of a straightforward resolution, Danesha required me to pack all my belongings and bring them downstairs to the reception desk to exchange key cards, only to then go back upstairs to a new room. This process felt like an unnecessary burden, especially when contrasted with the more flexible and accommodating service I witnessed being provided to others. The entire interaction left me with a strong impression that I was treated with less consideration and respect than other guests, and that this difference was rooted in racial preference.
