Hotel is very nice but will not stay here again because of the parking. No security, and not a nice area at night. (Plus we had to pay for the garage, which I wouldn’t mind if there were some security, but it was a dump with no working elevator).

Disappointing stay

For the price the room and amenities (or rather lack there of) are more in line with that off a motel. For over $300 a night I would expect to be able to borrow an umbrella, have a real desk chair, a luggage rack and towel hook in the bathroom. Also perplexed by the decision to use shade panels that don’t actually fully cover the windows instead of curtains or a full sized black out curtain. Parking garage elevator is still broken as of 9/19 so be prepared because the hotel’s parking is located on the 4 & 5th floor

Great location, wonderful history but that’s it.

The history is nice. The room was a great spot to see the city. But the restroom had no venting fan which led to much steam from the shower in there. The room itself was large but lots of empty space that seemed wasted. No area really to serve as a desk.

Great stay for hiking

Great spot downtown near dining and easy drive to hiking - which was why I was there. Limited parking for check-in but front desk helped out. Parking was off-site but close. Breakfast croissant was MASSIVE.

The property itself is great even if the parking garage is a little inconveniently placed. It’s not a far walk, but can be tedious with traffic. Rooms and property maintain the historic elements of the previous bank usage now with modern amenities. The biggest downside is the homeless outreach center across the street, which isn’t the hotel’s fault, but there are some extremely aggressive individuals that can make you feel unsafe.

What was a delightful hotel! The atmosphere was charming and the food at the restaurant was amazing. Our room was beautiful. I love the mix of the old and the new. They did a fantastic job converting the bank into a unique hotel with modern amenities. We only stayed one night as we were on a road trip, but I want to come back and stay longer! HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Wonderful staff too.

Overall, the hotel has a beautiful aesthetic. However, the actual rooms, not so much. Our bedsheets looked to be stained from a menstrual cycle and were unsuccessfully washed. When I called the front desk they were not particularly phased by it. And while they changed the sheets, my comfort level there was significantly diminished. Cute hotel, better management needed!
