This Caribbean Breeze condo is managed by Island House Vacation Rentals. The office is a 3-minute walk away, and guests are also provided with phone numbers to our office staff in case of emergency. We will be available via phone & text as well as messaging. We greet all of our guests in at the office so they know how to find us. Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and agree to our rental terms and conditions. Caribbean Breeze 7A is located in the Caribbean Breeze complex in the heart of West Bay Beach. This is a small development so it is both private and convenient, with its central location. All of the amenities of West Bay Beach are within walking distance of the condo.

Our Canadian friends, Irene and Rick, purchased Caribbean Breeze 7B in 2024. They have updated and upgraded their new gem and it is a beauty!

The full kitchen has been outfitted with a new refrigerator, new pots and pans and all the items you would need to prepare a fantastic meal.  Guests will enjoy the full-size oven and range and a microwave rounds out the kitchen experience.

An open floor plan flows through the living room and dining room.  A new 50" TV has been added to the comfortable living area and there is seating for 4 at the dining table should you want to entertain friends.

The bedroom has beautiful Honduran hardwood furniture that includes a queen bed and updated wardrobe.  The owners have also supplied new towels and linens.

Caribbean Breeze is built in the Spanish style with pretty gardening and stone walkways.  All of this is only 200 meters from the highly-rated white sand of West Bay Beach.  What more could you ask for!

We will arrange your transfer to West Bay if you wish, we do so for the majority of our guests.
Everything on West Bay Beach is within walking distance, so there is very little need for transport. Should guests want to leave West Bay, water taxis are available to West End and regular taxis are easily obtained.

Prices are based on 2 person occupancy.
Additional persons, up to 4 total, may be accommodated for $25/person/night using the pull out couch.

PLEASE NOTE: All Guests travelling to Honduras will need to have a passport valid for at least 6 months past the date of travel. UK citizens need to apply for a travel Visa to enter Honduras. Please ask for details.
