Unwind on either the upper or lower screened porches, where gentle sea breezes and garden views create the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or evening relaxation. A short stroll brings you to the sandy beach, private dock, and crystal-clear Caribbean waters, while a community pool provides another inviting option for cooling off.

Centrally located in Sandy Bay, Sundancer is a private development just a 10-minute drive from the airport and West End Village, home to popular restaurants, shops, activities, and nightlife.

Inside, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area on the main level is designed for comfort and easy entertaining. A double set of French doors opens onto the screened porch, seamlessly extending the living space and letting the outdoors in. The fully equipped kitchen features all new appliances, making dining in a pleasure.

Phoenix House offers two bedrooms, each with a private tiled bathroom and walk-in closet. One bedroom is located on the main level, while the upper-level bedroom enjoys its own screened porch just across the hall—perfect as a private sitting area or quiet retreat.

Swim to reef, no boat required.

This was our second visit to Phoenix House. The primary reason we like this location (Sundancer) is the access to the reef. There are very few places in the tropical snorkeling business in the world where you can access a coral reef with a 10 minute swim. No boat rental necessary. Yes, you cross a boat channel, so heads up. My idea of heaven.

Snorkeling/Diving primo location

This was a primo spot for us but might not be for everyone. To me, the only reason to go to Roatan is if you are a hard core diver or snorkeler. We loved this location because we could swim 250yards out to the reef every day and it was awesome. Crossing an active boat channel means being heads up, not for novices.
