The French doors of the Primary bedroom and living room open to a large screened, covered porch facing the turquoise sea. The breakfast table and sitting arrangements add to the Caribbean outdoor living experience.

There is a dock with palapa available for your enjoyment of beautiful sunsets, stargazing or just relaxing in the shade and the cool sea breeze, including access to swim and snorkel. During daylight hours, you can wave down a water taxi to West End or West Bay where you’ll find a great selection of more restaurants, gift shops and dive operators as well as small grocery stores.

Great location to enjoy beach front living without the crowds of West Bay Beach, however close enough if you so choose but far enough if you prefer a quieter experience.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high cost, electricity is an additional charge. Usage will be determined by reading the meter on arrival and departure.
