Boat Access: Guests bringing a boat should note that boats cannot be launched from the property. Boat launching and retrieval are available at Almond Boat Dock. Once launched, you are welcome to keep your boat at the property's dock throughout your stay.

Property Access & Lake Information

Getting to the House
There is a steep hill at the very end of the road leading up to the property. Guests routinely pull trailers up it without issue. If you are bringing a trailer and are not comfortable pulling a trailer on a steep gravel hill, this property may not be the best fit for your trip.

Getting to the Dock
To reach the dock, you will head down a steep driveway, and the staircase down to the dock is steep as well. It is all well maintained and easy to use, just know there is a decently steep grade on the way down and back up.

Lake Levels & Dock Access
The water levels of the lake are controlled by the TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority). Levels are typically back to normal by the beginning of summer. We cannot guarantee dock access at any particular time of year.
