Located on the edge of the historic village of Robertsbridge, with great countryside walks directly from the property, and just a short walk to the village with a couple of great pubs. This is the perfect location to get away from it all or explore the Kent & Sussex countryside. Just a 20-minute drive to Hastings and the South Coast. Arranged over 2 floors with lounge and kitchen on the ground floor, with double and single bedroom to the 1st floor. We are child and pet-friendly.

Please note there is a small step up at the front door so please be careful when entering the property. There is also a small difference in floor height to the bathroom.

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.’
