Great Hospitality, but Needs Modernizing Rating: 3/5 Stars I wanted to share a quick review of my recent stay. There were some definite highlights, but also a few areas where the room experience could be improved. The Good The standout feature of this property is the hospitality. The staff members are incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful. I was particularly impressed by their work ethic—the workers were available and willing to assist at any time of day or night. A huge thank you to the team for making me feel so welcome! Areas for Improvement While the service was excellent, the room amenities were a bit lacking: • WiFi: The connection in the room was quite poor, which made it difficult to get work done or browse the web. • Entertainment: There was no television in the room. If you are looking for a place with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and don't mind unplugging for a bit, this is a good choice. However, I hope the management considers upgrading the tech amenities soon.

This place is amazing! But you've got to work to get here; it's 1.5 hours down a dirt road to Robertsport, then 15 more minutes on the rough road from the preserve gate to the lodge itself. But once you're there -- WOW! Your room is less than 100 m/yds away from the ocean, with beautiful waves crashing on the sand. The rainforest surrounds you from behind, but you can still get a full menu of food and drinks. Service is great -- very professional. I highly recommend this resort!

The Ecolodge was beautiful! The staff was very friendly and attentive. We went off season for rest and refreshment, which we were able to get. The bad part about going really off season is the kitchen had a very limited menu. The food was delicious, but most of the menu was not available.

Wonderful escape

Loved loved loved this place. A slice of heaven. Chef Alex is EXCEPTIONAL too. Private beach. Spacious aircon rooms. Eco friendly. Initially booked for one night - ended up staying for 3. It’s very quiet during the week - had the place to myself.

Very nice place in the middle of the jungle. Beautiful views, lovely place. Young won’t find many other places like this
