UNBELIEVABLE!!!

200$ a night and had to sit in the hallway or go downstairs to get internet. Dropped calls and no FaceTime with family. Hair in the tub, eyelashes and public hair. But no maid service , had to go buy cleaner and clean it myself. 3 people in the room but towels delivered were only 2.No water pressure. Clogged toilet for no reason. Key cards quit working daily. No compensation nothing!! This was 4 days of roughing it at a 200$ a night hotel! I refused to gamble here, we drive to gamble and eat elsewhere.. wasn’t going to spend another penny here. They told me to call their Internet provider to complain, tell me what that would do for us!!!

Not so good.

Room was okay. Pretty run down for a smoking room. Pubic hairs all over the bathtub. Dirty countertops. No trash bags in the trash cans. Floors were dirty. Casino was horrible. No waitstaff and cranky workers that were to be found.

Needs Updated

Booked a non smoking room. Room didnt smell exactly like smoke but there was a distinct odor you can tell people are smoking in the building. Very outdated rooms in need of maintenance/remodel. Hotel is already in the process of remodeling. Room was mostly clean and comfortable. Parking garage was convenient. Could use more food choices. Casino floor was on the smaller side, not a large variety of slots. Service was friendly but not very competant. Had an issue with our room and instead explaining over the phone, asked us to come down to lobby, ended up in the same room and had to go back and forth with all our luggage.

Horseshoe Hotel and Casino

The staff was not friendly or helpful, room was real dark, top of headboard was full of dust but the mattress was comfortable. We were given only 2 bath towels and one hand towel. Water pressure in sink was so low that hard to even wash your face. We were given 2 rooms and both had only views of a flat roof. Air conditioning was good, will not stay at Horseshoe Hitel and Casino again.
