My room was not done at 4pm. We have to wait till 5.20pm. We reserve a king size and got a queen. Was a smoking room with no ashtray. Front desk person was not really friendly. After all was not bad . We really enjoy the casino and the service in the casino.

The hotel & casino is in very poor condition. A lot of the older slot machines are in poor condition. The Guy Fieri restaurant was closed most of the time I was there. The entire experience was poor. I will not be returning to this hotel & casino.

Asked for fresh towels and never got them. They never came to do room service the second day. Check in was 4. Tried to check in at 4 and they said room wasnt ready yet and they would call me when it was ready. I never got the call and went back up there 2 hours later to find out my room as been ready.
