It's central location close to the Marmolada, the highest mountain in the Dolomites affords quick and easy access to some of the best mountain areas, sights and cultural attractions the region has to offer - it's ideal for active holidays. Want extra services, like ski hosting, full guiding, fitness classes, grocerys ready upon your arrival - just ask! The space

The Civetta apartment is a simple, stylish and spacious apartment with access to the houses gardens and a balcony from which you can enjoy the beautiful mountain and forest views and the tranquility of this idyllic alpine location. There are loads of things you won't find elsewhere - a fantastically spacious living area, a purpose built drying room to ensure you are comfortable on the hill every day, access to a collection of guidebooks and maps and a fully loaded kitchen to name a few.

In addition to the communal drying room (with washing machine and dryer) in the attic, guests also enjoy use of a barbecue and picnic area beneath the house which also boasts beautiful mountain and forest views and a garden.
Other things to note

The winter here in the mountains is harsh - occasionaly we see temperatures as low as -25 centigrade overnight. Snow on the road is normal, so you MUST have at the very least snow chains for your car, antifreeze in the engine and low temperature screen wash during winter months. Snow tyres are best so when asking your rental company for a car, see whether you can be guaranteed those. The parking is steep and difficult during the winter and after the snow arrives in earnest it becomes more restricted.
