Exterior: The house is on the third and top floor of a small building, without a lift, inhabited by local people. From the living room, there is a long balcony that surrounds the entire house and from which you can watch events that take place in the village square during the summer period and where you can have lunch or dinner outdoors.

Parking: It does not have a private parking space, but behind it there is a large, free, video-monitored municipal parking lot.
