Maison trĂšs agrĂ©able et au calme.Élisa est une propriĂ©taire dynamique et trĂšs sympa.Nous avons adorĂ© votre maison de campagne Ă  l'ancienne et bien modernisĂ©e par petites touches. En plus au pied de Rochefort-en-Terre : petite ville de caractĂšre oĂč on se sent bien, avec son mythe de NaĂŻa la sorciĂšre... je vous laisse dĂ©couvrir! Les boutiques, le musĂ©e NaĂŻa et son lac Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du village en fond un village vivant et magnifique Ă  visiter.De superbes vacances avec tous les souvenirs qui vont avec.

Nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour idĂ©alement situĂ©.a propos du logement certaines couettes Ă©taient dans un Ă©tat lamentable et oreiller de mĂȘme.les lits jumeaux du 2 eme Ă©tage un matelas trop fin sur un sommier qui en faite sont des planches j ai dormi parterre mais malgrĂ© ces dĂ©sagrĂ©ments nous nous sommes rĂ©galĂ©s. Nous n avions pas d enfant mais la barriĂšre bouge Ă©normĂ©ment.l escalier trou dans la 3 eme marche en montant .

Agréable gßte typique

Nous avons passé un trÚs agréable weekend en famille (6 personnes) dans ce gßte trÚs agréable, spacieux, trÚs bien équipé, et rénové avec goût et authenticité. Le propriétaire s'est rendu disponible pour nous donner toutes les indications nécessaires malgré ses vacances et a rendu notre arrivé tardive trÚs agréable en venant allumer le gßte malgré la nuit

Erholsame Gegend. Cooles altes Haus. Kleiener Garten ist ok. Schönes Dorf. Schöne Radwege.

Empfang und Abschied fanden nicht statt. Der Vermieter hat sich auch nie gemeldet. Sauberkeit nicht so toll, tropfende WasseranschlĂŒsse, kaputter Duschschlauch, GlĂŒhbirnen zum Teil kaputt, im grossen und Ganzen lieblos. Internet war nicht vorhanden und wurde auf Anfrage auch nicht geliefert

Rochefort en terre

TrÚs beau village, séjour et visites agréables. Cependant nous sommes déçus par le logement. Propriétaires inexistants, nous ne les avons pas vu ni à l'arrivée ni au départ. Il manquait la télévision, la propriétaire nous a dit par message qu'elle allait nous en récupérer une mais nous ne l'avons jamais vu. Douche moisie et flexible de douche HS.

La maison mĂȘme est magnifique, mur en pierre et poutres en bois. Seul bĂ©mol c'est la propretĂ©. Cuisine pas top, four dĂ©gueulasse qu'on a du nettoyer Ă  fond nous mĂȘme . Le lave linge et lave vaisselle qui ne marchent pas bien. Literie trĂšs sale. Tuyau de douche presque cassĂ©.. Heureusement qu'il y avait les loisirs. Si non semaine agrĂ©able dans ce beau village

à l'arrivée une pancarte à vendre est accrochée au bùtiment le propriétaire ne peut pas vous joindre par téléphone seul contact téléphonique : l'avant-dernier jour, elle a appelé pour demander si les acheteurs pouvaient passer bùtiment pas en ordre avec détecteurs de fumée / détecteurs d'incendie les photos sont périmées et ne correspondent pas à la réalité

Pour ceux qui veulent découvrir la Bretagne pas trÚs loin de la cÎte

MalgrĂ© un temps qui s'annonçait problĂ©matique, nous avons pu faire de belles dĂ©couvertes Ă  quelques kms autour de Rochefort, que cela soit avec La Gacilly, parc de BranfĂ©rĂ© ... À vous de dĂ©couvrir, il y a de quoi faire. Et la mer reste Ă  3/4 d'heure.

Totale dĂ©ception pour ce gĂźte. Annulation de la propriĂ©taire Ă  peine 24h avant . Idem pour le site de location Abritel qui nous a proposĂ© deux gĂźtes pour 8 personnes Ă  20km alors que notre premier choix se situĂ© Ă  Ă  peine 50m du lieu de rĂ©ception pour le mariage de notre fils. Les seuls contacts pour l'annulation ont Ă©tĂ© fait par mail autant pour la propriĂ©taire que pour Abritel. Alors que tous les deux avaient mes coordonnĂ©es tĂ©lĂ©phoniques. J'ai mĂȘme proposĂ© de m'occuper du mĂ©nage et d'aller chercher les clefs par exemple chez l'hĂŽte de notre rĂ©ception de mariage situĂ© Ă  50m. A part les mille excuses d'Abritel... Aucune aide efficace Ă  moins de 24h d'un mariage. GRANDE DÉCEPTION. Nous attendons qu'Abritel nous offre une indemnisation Ă  la hauteur du prĂ©judice.

Nice cottage, bad service

The cottage is very cozy, the area is great. However, we had some bad experiences: - no info on how to get there, google routes wrong, tip: approach from the south. - no info on handing over the key, we then found it in the (locked) mailbox. - object was not cleaned. - no bed linen/towels. owner initially reacted negatively, then promised help, then no longer answered. after two days, bed linen was brought, which was dirty. - service of the booking portal (chat, phone) was not available at all. Since we could help ourselves (unfortunately expensive), the rest of the stay was then but still nice.

Gßte bien conçu et bien situé

Le gĂźte est plutĂŽt bien conçu et a gardĂ© le charme de l'ancien. Il est trĂšs bien situĂ©, proche du centre et de l'Ă©tang ainsi que de d'autres sites ( parc prĂ©historique de Malensac par exemple). Seul bĂ©mol, l'ensemble des ustensiles de cuisine ( poĂȘles et casseroles) serait Ă  changer.

Logement vraiment sympa et bien situé

Le logement mĂ©lange le moderne et l'ancien. Personnellement j'aime bcp. Le logement se situe en bas du village donc au calme. Plusieurs petits parkings juste Ă  cotĂ© donc ça c'est pas mal. La VMC fait un peu de bruit la nuit au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage et l'isolation phonique est moyenne. Dans l'ensemble c'Ă©tait trĂšs bien. Dommage que l'hĂŽte nous ai oubliĂ© le jour de notre arrivĂ© pour la remise des clefs... Je recommande tout de mĂȘme cette location de caractĂšre.
