Kanttekening: overmatig veel vliegen en wespen, trampoline en ligbedden aan vervanging toe (hing aan elkaar met tape en voor de kindjes gevaarlijk), front van vaatwasser miste en geen tuinslang aanwezig om bijvoorbeeld een zwembadje te vullen. Overall niet heel schoon.
