The best thing about this property is its proximity to the St. Mary’s Hospital. Just a short walk away and very convenient. Having multiple rooms was also convenient. The beds were very comfortable.We did experience to frustrations: the first is that the upstairs microwave was not functioning. And the second is that the Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak.But the property certainly served our purposes, and I can recommend it as a good value.

Our place was not very clean. The kitchen supplies were cheap and not workable. The microwave upstairs didn’t work and had an inch of grease on it. The furniture looked like it came from second hand stores. The mattress had stains on them. Towels were from second hand store. We had to buy towels and frying pans because they were in bad shape. No grab bars for tub. They are renting to people that are there for medical reasons. So we had to buy grab bars. He came when we call and was nice to us which I appreciated. Would I rent it again no. It was close to hospital yes and convenient. I think he is doing his best but it wasn’t clean and not what I expected. Have used vrob before and wasn’t what we expected . He was kind and came when we called.
