The heater/ac is super loud kicking on and off every few minutes throughout the night and it was hard to sleep or even hear the tv. Everything else is ok, not great not terrible. Employees were very kind and professional, though.

Very old rough building. Had I seen the interior we would have never chosen it. Poor poor condition. Pool wasn’t taken care of properly so we couldn’t use it, and it looked filthy on the cement area. The staff was friendly and a good breakfast was provided. Nice clean bedding, but horrible building.

We liked everything about this place, except the pool wasn't available for our stay, that was the only bummer. Though we had plenty to do anyways, we will stay here again in the future.

The carpet in the room was ripped. The heat did not work! We stayed one night and had the heat on but it never got warm! We even set it up to 78 and I’m sure it never got above 65! We got there late and just went to bed and left in the morning. We did tell the front desk about the heater not working. Hopefully they fix it for the next person. Pool was small and inviting breakfast was ok but it was cold in the eating area next to the front door. It is winter in Minnesota but the rooms still should be warm!

The staff was extremely helpful, kind and courteous! The breakfast was small but sufficient. One of the doors didn’t lock, one of the light bulbs was burnt out, the bed was not comfortable, the tv worked but was broken.

When I checked in they couldn’t find my reservation at first and it was pre paid but took a card for incidentals and they gave me a room at the end off the hall. When I opened the door there was already someone in the room. I went back to the front desk and they gave me another room. The next morning they again couldn’t find me but once they found me they charged my credit card for the nights stay again so I paid twice. I called the manager and she got things figured out and credited our account .

Unsightly. Paint and popcorn ceiling pealing. Cobwebs in most corners. Our first room didn’t have built in heat. Had to use the ac unit on the heat setting. Very loud Ran 70 seconds, turned off for 17 second's all night long. Moved to a new room. The people wrapped in blankets, outside the window, loudly talking, at 9:00pm. Wonder what they were doing?

A Comfortable Stay and a Good Value

The Baymont was comfortable and the daytime staff were quite helpful. The breakfast was basic, but good. We were pleased with our stay.

Uncomfortable experience

Room was very clean. I asked for handicap accessible, but it was not. Bathroom was was barely accessible. So small you had to squeeze beside toilet to shut bathroom door. The picture of the room I reserved indicated it had a comfy chair. There was only a desk chair. Beds had deep divots you were forced to sleep in. The front desk lady didn’t speak clear English;didn’t understand a thing she said. So glad we just knew the check in process. Won’t stay here again.
