Everything was great, the condition, the facilities and the people. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of room lighting. In the evening, it was dark in the room because there were hardly any ceiling lights, only small table lamps.

Arrived to find beard hair all over sink area and floor, there was no way it was cleaned. Didn’t bring up to staff due to arriving very late at night and needing sleep/up early next morning, otherwise I would have. Check in staff was nice/efficient, the only reason I gave a 2 star.

The room was clean and the location was convenient, but the water in our room smelled and tasted foul, and some of my mother's personal belongings went missing from our room while we were at the hospital all day. Overall not ideal.

We have been here before and enjoyed the pool area. This visit was a big disappointment. The air temp was cold, the pool water was cold, and the hot tub was warm at best. My hisband and I like to swim with our kids, but it was so uncomfortable that neither of us even got in. The kids hung in for a little while, but ultimately they just wanted to go back to the room. This trip was specifically a night away to swim and relax. It was between this and another hotel in a different town, we definitely made the wrong choice. Additionally, the breakfast in the morning - no orange juice, hot grape juice, coffee was gone. We opted to just check out early and find coffee/breakfast elsewhere.
