This first floor, 1BR 1Ba stay is spacious, comfortable and functional with in-unit laundry, dedicated desk space, a king bed and a fully equipped kitchen!

You’ll have the entire unit to yourself with shared access to a 3rd floor outdoor patio!

We are available for your questions or requests during your stay! We answer messages within an hour on the Airbnb platform from 8am-11pm but will give you our personal number in case you need to call for immediate needs.

Located within the Inner Loop of Downtown Rochester, this area is a culmination of the biggest features of the city. You are within easy walking distance of areas like the Genesee River High Falls, Redwings Stadium, Blue Cross Arena, Water Street Music Hall, the Rochester Riverside Convention Center, and more. Easily stroll to some of the best local restaurants in the city such as Dinosaur BBQ, Genesee Brew House, and Tapas 177.

Rochester has no shortage of Uber, Lyft, and Taxi availability, providing rides anywhere you'd like including the airport which is only 6.5 miles away. Most of what you need is within a short walking distance, and shopping centers are available all over the city within a 10 minute drive.
Our goal is to ensure that you have an incredibly comfortable and safe stay. To do so, please follow these house rules:

Times:
- Standard check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. Due to the fact that we operate & clean our own units with a full schedule every day, we can not offer early check-in or late check-out. We need the time to ensure each stay is perfect for our guests.

Parties & Noise:
- Party’s are forbidden.
- Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM.
- A sound meter will alert us to loud noise and parties.

Cleanliness:
- No smoking, vaping, candles or incense.
- Please treat the apartment as your own. We take great care to keep it clean and picked. We ask you do too.
- For long stays, we do quick cleans and linen changes for free every 2 weeks.

Issues & Complaints:
- We will check on the apartment once a month for stays longer than a month.
- Any issues with your stay must be communicated to us within 2 hours after check in. This provides us the opportunity to fix the issue. If not communicated then you forfeit your right to any refund.

If any of these rules are broken extra charges may be issued.
