The beds were unfortunately very uncomfortable for me. I could feel the springs in my back and hips all night. The walls were thin, we could hear word for word conversations with our neighbors but they were respectful and quiet after 10pm. The shower had good water pressure. It was conveniently located close to Mayo Clinic and took us less than 10 mins to travel there for my many appts. It was also conveniently located near restaurants and a convenience store. Parking was fine with plenty of spots available at varying times of day. The staff were pleasant but not overly-so, which I appreciate. The breakfast was a good rotating selection and the coffee was also good. I likely will not return although this is only because of the uncomfortable beds.

Due to unbelievably noisy heater, compressor outside the room, and even mini-fridge, I did not sleep a wink. Even after unplugging fridge and heater (wall mounted), pulsating compressor kept me awake. Chose not to stay 2nd night, knowing I would not be refunded, because all rooms had same heater and since it would be -17 degrees that night, unplugging heater was not an option.That said young man on night shift showed concern and truly attempted to help me.

Im really not sure how this is an award winning 8.6 star hotel. First, the front desk person was sitting doing something, waited a few minutes before recognizing people were waiting to check in and acted like it was crazy in there but it there were only 2 people and a phone call. Next workers came in off of break smelling like Marijuana. Then there was a rock holding the door open. Our bed sheets needed changed as there was stuff in them when i pulled sheets back, on both beds( they did come right away and chamge them). Rip in the shower curtain, faucet in tub moved like it was about to come off,stain on the ceiling above bed, mold on the bathroom ceiling, bolt coming out of door hinge. At checkout 2 more employees came in out of the laundry room, smelled like Marijuana, and front desk lady didnt have time to talk to myself or another customer she had us lay our cards on the counter. Nothing said otherwise. Would not stay here again. I do have pictures.

This place was immaculate and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was exceptionally clean and the towel animals made me feel like I was at a 5 star hotel or on a cruise. Great location and very well maintained. Thank you for the wonderful experience. I would recommend this motel to anyone. Definitely did not seem like a budget motel.

Repeat stayer!

Had snow during this stay, the parking lot,sidewalks were cleared early and even the cars windshields! The rooms are always very clean. And the staff have always been so kind!

Staff, Sheri, extremely welcoming and accommodating by phone and in person. I especially appreciated that they used no smelly sprays as I requested due to my allergies. All was great except bed. Head of bed was MUCH lower than foot. I had to remake bed and sleep with my head at foot of bed. Mentioned upon checkout. Hope they follow up.
