The heater leaked alot of cold air around it. The window also leaked a lot of cold air. It was cold to sit at the table and do my work. Pool and hot tub need a cleaning bad. Scum on the walls. Someone on our floor was smoking Marijuana heavely. I had to put a towel to block the smell coming in under the door. Refrigerator makes alot of noise. Very hard to sleep with fridge and heater making noise.

Room was nice, 2 queen beds and a very comfortable recliner, spent the whole night in it! The bathroom was small, but adequate. The TV worked great. The free breakfast was more than sufficient: coffee, hot chocolate, apple cider, orange juice, bread, muffins, bagels with cream cheese, waffles with syrup, apple, oranges, scrambled eggs, and sausages. The staff was helpful and pleasant. AND it is only 1mile from Mayo Clinic!

A little out of date and outside lights were all working. But it was just we needed for a stay at Mayo so I was happy with the kitchenette and the lower nightly rate. They also let me cancel a night when we got discharged early

My husband and i were scheduled for him to have tests and an evaluation for heart surgery at Mayo Clinic. Our first flight was postponed and the airline was unable to change our flights to get us to Mayo in time. It was rhe evening before at 7:05 pm/mt when we found out we would not make the trip. I immediately called to cancel the reservation. I was then told that our money would not be refunded because the notification was too late. The booking was through hotels.com and they tried on 2 different occasions to get the refund from the hotel, but were we not able to.I will never book this hotel again!!!!

Breakfast was cold both days. Could use more variety of fresh fruit besides just apples and oranges. Bathtub was clogged, fridge in room didn't keep food cold. Check in staff (check in around 7pm) was rude and short with me. Barely even acknowledge me when I walked in. Acted like I was taking up his time.

I arrived late at night and the young man checking me in was most helpful and friendly (don't always see this at 11 pm!) Very clean and comfortable room, even including a selection of different thicknesses of pillows! (A bonus for those of us who don't like sleeping with our head a foot up in the air...) Excellent breakfast choices.

Yes room was good but we went down to use pool and hot tub and a young colored family was in there obnoxious and loud the one kid has 💩💩💩 pooped in and out of pool also clearly a big turd on floor next to hot tub another spot right on edge by steps and the kid stepped in it and got into hot tub as We approached the moms?they were very defensive and claimed they didn't know and one lady picked up the poop we and many others had just gotten there and not able to use this feature many people upset . We had a very long day and we checked three other motels prior to this one and their pools and Hot tubs were shut down this is why we came here and now we still cannot use the pool and hot tub we would really like at least a discount for the trouble we did talk to front desk person and he was very courteous and he was going to go get the key and shut it down and then call his boss manager

Clean room,comfortable bed. Clean room,freindly staff, pool and hot tub were a nice added touch.. you can tell that the staff takes pride in the appearance of the hotel. They were constantly mopp9ng the entry ways and vaccuming the hallways and there is a dedicated breakfast attendant that is sweeping and wiping the tables off and taking care of the brekfast foods
