I stayed at this hotel for three days during my Christmas shopping in Rochester. It is a very clean hotel. While my room was rather on the small side, it really wasn't an issue being it was just myself. The pool and whirlpool area is awesome, and there was a variety of breakfast items for the three mornings I ate there. This hotel also offered free soup every evening from 6 -- 7. I didn't have the opportunity to take advantage of this, but thought it was a great complimentary item.

The heater was broken. When we walked into the room it was 83 degrees and the heat was set at 74. I turned the AC on and it would get it down to 70 and then back to 76. Didn't sleep at all because it was freezing and then hot.

It seemed to be clean in all areas of the hotel. The soup with bread and crackers from 6 to 7 in the evening was very nice and good because we didn’t feel like going out in the cold that night. The workers were very kind and professional also.
