Our stay was great! Very clean rooms. Only guests with room keys can access the elevators. Breakfast was included with some options for hot food. Parking lot was small but a parking garage is across the street from the entrance. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was very clean and super close to the strong museum! The only downside is that the parking lot is fairly small. But there were additional parking at the strong museum (and free if hotel guest)

I might return to Rochester just for the hotel!

The hotel location was perfect, just a 6-8 min walk from the venue I went to. This is easily the nicest Hampton Inn I have stayed in. My room was a corner room on the second floor that had an outdoor area with table and chairs. It would have been a great place to hang out with friend if the temperatures were at least 30 deg warmer. The room was very large and modern. Also, this is the only Hampton I have stayed in that offered a free shuttle to and from the airport. It is also the first one to have a pool, sit down restaurant, and bar. Another unique feature was the room and restaurant areas had numerous plugs and usb ports to charge a device or laptop. I might return to Rochester just for the hotel experience.

Our second year staying at this property did not disappoint! Family friendly, great breakfast buffet, perfect pool for little kids, proximity to the Museum of Play can’t be beat - if you’re staying in Rochester with kids, this is the only hotel I’d recommend.
