Great property. Great location to MC. Only downfall was the lack of quiet hours. My daughter was trying to rest and recover from a procedure, but traveling baseball teams and other kids continued to make too much noise and banged on doors at all hours of the night.

The hotel itself was nice clean kind of to the end of outskirts of Rochester so any place we wanted to go was a lot of driving. The breakfast was good. Everything was nice and clean. The one complaint I would have is $15 a night for parking when you're paying over $300 to stay in a room that's absolutely ridiculous. I have never had to pay for parking in a hotel that I am staying at so I would not recommend that hotel just for that reason.

Some of the employees were a bit rude, we waited about 10 minutes to check in because one of the people were checking in another customer while the other was just standing there talking and on the computer. We also checked out the pool, we weren’t sure where it was, we had asked someone who worked there and she had said to just ask the front desk and walked away. We also had someone from room service come in even though we had put out the “do not disturb” sign on the door.
