Was there because I was having surgery across the way. So a nice convenient place for my husband to stay and also for me to stay the day I got discharged. Lots of food options nearby, breakfast at the hotel. Only complaint is next door was Mc Donald’s and late at night there were teens/ young ones talking loudly and revving their engines, so woke us up. ( which isn’t in the hotels control).

Great staff, breakfast and hot tub. The bed leaves a lot to be desired. Also the TV system is one of the worst I’ve Expirenced in a Hilton. If you are coming here to visit Mayo the shuttle service is free and excellent.

Very nice front desk staff - they let us park on the street level temporary parking on our first night in since we got in late after midnight. Room was clean and comfortable with the softest down pillows and nice plush mattress! Kitchenette was stocked with plates, silverware, and pans to cook on the range. There was no oven but there was a microwave and a dishwasher, as well as full freezer and refrigerator. Would have liked to have a soap bar or handsoap at the kitchen sink, in addition to the small Palmolive dishwasher bottle. Ice bucket would have been nice too. Also would have liked daily trash removal and toiletry service; cleaning is only every other day here. The last day, there was a shutdown of the water from 10am to noon, which was very inconvenient as those are the hours we would have wanted the water available while packing up to check out. There should have been a way to minimize this inconvenience to only 30-60 min per room at least. Overall a very pleasant hotel in a very convenient location right next to great restaurants, a nice frozen yogurt shop, and of course St. Mary’s Hospital!

I did'nt like the parking very tight spaces. My room was nice and clean later at night our AC started leaking water. They would fix next day but the dripping was too noisy and had to get moved to another room.
