Nice staff but parking ramp was full and difficult to check out. Also total bill was not discounted though Expedia claimed price was $137/night - our price was $175/night. Disappointed in this as we have had good stays at Hotel Indigo in the past - we stay there because of Crave and proximity to clinic. I don't know that we will return.

Needs hot tub. Very convenient if you’re having anything at the mayo. Direct entry from hospital to hotel. Great restaurants within walking distance of all kinds. Ubers are 1-3min waits. Nice clean facilities great rooms.

The Indigo is a wonderful hotel to stay at. Crave resturant is great, ask for Darien as a waitress - the best!!! Never a disappointment with this combo!

The room itself was great. Spacious, clean and a comfortable bed. But thats about as far as the good went. Hallways were dirty, front desk staff were incredibly rude and gave inaccurate information regarding hotel amenities. Example, we paid for breakfadt for 2 each morning and the first morning we called to see how to redeem it and werr told "that isnt offered here". Confised but shirt on time we left. Later that evening i called to inquire about it and was told by a different person that he had no idea why wed been told that but for the next morning we could grab our voutcher. We did, were met with the same rude worker who literally slammed the voutcher down and walked away. The restaraunt in the building had terrible food and drinks. I felt bad for the solitary worker who was trying to bus tables (still dirty from the night befire) take orders and serve. They ran out of menu items, clean coffee mugs, and paper to go cups for coffee. Would not stay here again
