It was a complete turnaround since July. The room was VERY clean, everything worked, and though the furniture was still dated, it was in great shape! We were very pleased with the improvement! The one staff person we encountered was friendly, polite, helpful and efficient. We'll be back!

Hotel is older but well maintained. Especially convenient if going to the Mayo Clinic. Very nice on cold winter days as you are connected via the subway level walkways. Staff very nice. Got to check in early and check out late.

We enjoy staying at Kahler Inn & Suites. So nice to be so close to Mayo Clinic. You don't have to go outside. You can walk from the hotel tp Mayo. Everyone is so friendly and the breakfast is great!

For a Mayo Clinic, you cannot beat the convenience- directly across the street. Parking was easy. Continental breakfast was average. The hotel shows its age. Room was clean, but definitely older and not well-maintained. No blow-dryer. Overall, just ok experience.

Visiting Cleveland clinic for a week, very convenient location, friendly, helpful staff, many amenities right in the hotel coffee shop sandwich, shop, etc. and a good Chinese restaurant safe area. I would especially suggest this place for people visiting Mayo Clinic.
