The staff was great. There were a few issues I ended up having to speak with staff then a supervisor about but ultimately they made it right. Would recommend staying there simply for customer service response and that it is What you would expect from this type of hotel.

We stayed for a sporting event. The lobby smells horrible of stale cigarettes. You are waiting 5-10 min for the elevator. Seems they do not have a manager on the weekends. We had conjoining rooms and both rooms had at least 5-8 stink bugs in. Their response was yeah it happens this time of year. Let’s just say the younger kids were terrified of them. Parties going on 2-4 am.

Will stay again

Short stay and we were able to check in early as we were there for sports tournaments. Very friendly staff and have continued to stay here even though it is further away than other hotels.

The room was freezing and couldn’t turn off the fan even with turning off the thermostat. No extra blankets were within the room for use. The room was clean and we slept comfortably.
