At check in we were assured that the room would be handicap accessible. Wheelchair did not fit through the bathroom door. The bottom half of the sheet on the bed near bathroom was covered in black mold like stains. Picture were shown to staff.

This is our second time staying at Lucky Eagle and once again it was wonderful! The staff are very friendly, the hotel room was clean and newly renovated, there were fun games at the casino, and our dinner at The Crafthouse was great! Overall an excellent experience. Thank you!

Smokiest casino I’ve ever been in. So very gross. Hotel room was nice. Weird that no restaurants available for breakfast in casino. Only breakfast sandwich available at Starbucks type kiosk at hotel. So many hungry people milling around at 9 in the morning!!!!

Very quiet clean udated new carpets good beds and linens. Mini fridge and microwave. Sky bridge to the casino. Pool i didnt use but i will next time. Recommended i will return.
