The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash

We permit events on a pre-approved basis with a $1,000 damage Deposit.
Unauthorized events will be canceled and charged a $1,000 penalty + additional guest fees for all unregistered guests starting at $25 per unregistered

The home is in such a beautiful, quiet area, a peaceful retreat. Was perfect for our family of 10. The home is well furnished and the host very communicative. Definitely recommend.
