The entrance driveway is only able to have one car in width. So you end up waiting to be able to leave until Cars in from cleared outs very limited and not handy handicapped spaces. Restaurant connected was the worst service and food I have had in a long time.

It was nice to be so close to the Mayo Clinic and have a restaurant on site. I did note that while the staff was polite no one goes out of their way to greet you when you come in. One morning there wasn't any hot breakfast served and the front desk was borderline rude when asked about it. I understand that there are frustrations but clearly inappropriate to take it out on the guests.

The hotel was fair however the walls were paper thin. The dog next to our room barked for extended periods of time despite complaints and my son had to clearly hear the neighbors going at it multiple times.

It was clean-ish. The king bed we had was super hard. I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The guy at the desk was very kind. Check in was a breeze. The 3 stars are simply for the awful sleep I got due to the bed. If you like comfy beds, don’t sleep here. If you like to feel like you’re on the floor, absolutely stay here.

B’fast was good, ice machine was not convenient, check in clerk delightful & fun. Beds not as comfortable as expected, blanket only on one bed. Allergic to cucumbers, so couldn't use soap, shampoo. Another guest was outside our door at 5:30 AM talking very loud on the phone - not your fault they were do rude. Location was good to get to Mayo Clinic - Groudo Building. Good for shopping.

It was impossible to regulate the temperature in the room. If the thermostat was on heat whether set at 65 or 75 the room temp would jump to 85. Turning the heat off when -20 outside not an option so spent the night adjusting thermostat every 45-60 minutes! Ugh!
