Pros•Excellent location. 10-15 min walk to Mayo Clinic, restaurants, and stores•Safe neighborhood•Kitchen had plenty of cookware and essentials•Room matched listing photos•Large bathroom space (overall footprint) •Large closet with hangers providedCons•Very narrow staircase. Could be difficult for guests with mobility limitations•Shower is very small and water easily runs onto the bathroom floor (shower curtain doesn’t reach the floor & no barrier)•Noticeable stains on walls, including in bathroom•Bugs seen coming in through ceiling/window area•Mouse traps present in the unit. Had to reach out to host to clarify•Slow host response. Had to contact twice over two days for missing amenities •Overall cleanliness and maintenance could be improved

Lovely Studio Apartment

The neighborhood was very calm and had great areas to go on walks! The apartment was very classy and clean and felt very inviting! I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re making a trip to Rochester.

Perfect place to stay when visiting the Mayo

This place was just what I needed during my quick trip to the Mayo. It is so close, I just walked to my appointment and never had to worry about finding parking at the Mayo. It was clean and comfy. I will try and reserve it again next time I have to come to Rochester.
