Great staff at the front desk. They would bring us bottled water when we were at breakfast. Housekeeping was MIA and late with our towels once we filled out the door tag, but the front desk people were more than happy to get us more. The flashing light in the room is a bit annoying when you're trying to sleep. Kitchen is nice to have to cook or heat up leftovers. Would stay here again.

Great Manager! So pleasant and accomadating. Very good breakfast. Free coffee and cookies. Nice pool. The only negative was the room had a strong dog smell. They offered to move us to another room. We are going to stay there again but request a room that did not have a dog in it. The Manager showed us another room that did not have a pet in it. Nice smell, no odor. He gave us a great rate for a future trip. They are working to separate pet floors from guest floors

The staff here could not have been any nicer! The breakfast was ok and I would say better than most for an add on. The room did smell very strange and not sure what that was from but was not a pleasant smell.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome. Our room was very clean. We had 1 problem with some little bugs in windowsill and they addressed it right away

The property was clean, staff polite, unfortunately our mattress was not comfortable it sunk in on the one side of our king bed to the point I was unable to sleep. When I shared the information with staff they listened but seemed unconcerned. I am sure that all mattresses are not like that.

Excellent staff, super clean hotel, room and lobby areas. Someone is always mopping! All front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping does an outstanding job. Always smile and greet everyone. Our room had a full kitchen, super nice with full size fridge with ice maker. Shuttle to and from Mayo very good as well! McDonalds next door and Aldis a short walk away. We have no complaints and would stay here again.
