Doctor appointment visit

First I want to thank hotel.com for easy online to make my arrangements. And the hotel stay was great, the staff was very friendly and courteous and quiet. The parking was closed since my husband and I have walking problems. The parking was in the hotel parking lot make it very easy to park. Thank you for your service Mary Preston

With a stay for the bargain price

What you would expect room wise in a super 8. Breakfast was better than some more expensive options. Room was clean but definitely been used. Would stay again for a late check in early check out cheap room.

The property was close to the Mayo clinic which is very convenient Had problems with the remote for the TV but was resolved the next day Staff is very friendly please is clean

Pay to stay and GO

I was in town for medical appointments and my last one went longer than expected so I extended my check out time and paid the fee, however, staff was already at my door 3 minutes prior demanding I rush. The front desk worker sat and watched me pack telling me it was now check out time, only slowing the process having to keep responding to her and feel uncomfortable and frustrated to be treated like this.

I like that they had a shuttle that took you to the mayo and back and it came quite frequently. They also refunded my second day because I didn't need to be there.
