Have stated many Best Westerns this one by far has the worst continental breakfast by far. If you’re expecting to get coffee after breakfast hours, you can forget it. Stayed at a Holiday Inn express the night before they weren’t the best but they sure surpassed this place would not stay here again.

The woman that checked us in was so friendly. She really went out of her way to help us check in as soon as possible. The staff was friendly at breakfast as well even though we arrived just a few minutes prior to the ending of breakfast.

Check in was quick and easy, everything worked and was clean. Slight smell in the hotel but the room was fine, didn’t bother us on our stay. Had breakfast ready in the morning but we didn’t have time to eat although it smelled good. Overall good experience, had bad times at other unaffiliated hotels so we did inspect the room quite a bit. For the price and location (we stayed for carowinds) you can’t really beat it. PS there’s a Mexican restaurant next door, which is nice for a meal and overconsumption of adult beverages being as you wouldn’t need to drive or get an uber ;)

The jacuzzi tub in the room was great but there was $100 "refundable deposit" I had to pay once I got there but was never told when it would be released back. There was no warning about it from the business ahead of time.
