TV was frozen on 1 channel for a day. The WiFi process is horrible, have to sign back in every few hours and every time you leave the building and return. Unnecessary hardship. Most likely enough got me not to return to this hotel.

Booked thru Expedia to prepay for the room. Got to hotel to check in and got home on Sunday, checked my bank account and I was charged twice doe this room. The lady behind the front desk didn’t even mention anything about charging me. Called the hotel today and Steve couldn’t find the $163 that I was charged for twice and then he finally found it. He told me he printed it and would credit me today, but I still do not know if I have been credited or not

We stayed here for 1 night before checking into our hotel for the week. It was fine for 1 night. The room was relatively small and it only had a small fridge and microwave. It was fine for 1 night but I wouldn’t want to stay any longer than that. The breakfast was very good.

ok, but not great

We try to avoid pet friendly hotels but this one was quiet until we checked out. The desk clerk had her car parked out front with her dog in the car barking at everybody who came out of the lobby. The breakfast was ok but the hot food was on the cold side. The room was nice but could have been cleaner.

Overall, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint is there was a brown stain on one of the towels and brown stains on the curtains.

The first time I used my key card to get into my room, it worked smoothly. I went back out to my car to grab a few things and (ten minutes later) the key card would not work. In a nutshell, it was not the card, it was the lock itself. It took staff 15 minutes to "pick the lock" to get me back into my room. (A few of my things were already inside.) They suggested that I not leave again, otherwise I would have to get a member of staff to "pick the lock" to let me back in my room. (In hindsight, I should have asked for a different room.) An hour later, I called the front desk because the music in the room next to me was incredibly loud. (There was a driving bass beat that was incredibly annoying.) I called the front desk. (They remembered that I was the one who got locked out of my room.) The staff member said she would speak to the people in the room next door. If she did, it did not help. This incredibly loud music played for about 2 hours, taking a break now and then for 5 minutes. I had come to Rock Hill to visit my late husband's grave. I was hoping for a quiet, reflective stay, and it was exactly the opposite.
