The lady at the desk at night was very hepful.. The room need work done.i was in 400 and the shower rods are rusty theres no lock on the door and the toilet rocks and i got locked out of my room around before checkout time i had to get another key.other than that it was fair

I regret not reading the reviews. The previous reviews unfortunately - the negative ones, werr right on. Someone at the facility stated this place has had on going renovations for the past 2 years. You get what you pay for. See the pics. The only good things: the AC, the toilet flushed, and no bugs. I'll leave the rest to your imagination because you're probably right with everything else wrong.

After dealing with the front counter, customer service closed. He didn’t even say one word to us the entire checking process. We went upstairs to our room. There was food, left in one of the drawers, the entire hotel recess cigarettes. There was a chair in the room it was all ripped up. There were cigarette burns all over the bathroom counter. There was rest in the ceiling and on everything in the bathroom. The room just smelled horrible. It was extremely dirty. We called hotels.com and asked for a refund and the lady at the front refused to us we did not stay there. I definitely don’t recommend it. I don’t know how it has so many high ratings.
