The whole place was clean and the staff was friendly. The only complaint I have is somehow the AC is off during the day. I am not sure how it is controlled, but when I returned to the room it was very warm and humid. It took a hour and a half to get it cooled down.

The overall experience was good, considering its a pet-friendly hotel. It was clean, but we had to move to another room since our initial room didn't have hot water.

The property was clean and well taken care of I real appreciated the Saturday afternoon/evening staff…friendly and very helpful and accommodating without being overbearing. As I left this morning there was a very gracious and sincere comment to me. The staff with the breakfast were similarly helpful and gracious! I was VERY impressed! Will definitely stay again when I have occasion to be in Rock Hill.
