River Access & Kayaks:
Kayaks shown in photos are not included with the rental. However, nearby kayak rental options are available and we’re happy to share recommendations!

Only guests staying at the Cottage may use the community common area with river access.

River Levels: The river is typically low from mid-October through May due to Center Hill Dam operations. Water releases generally beginning in late May. Swimming and fishing are allowed year-round. Please swim and use amenities at your own risk.

Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Please message host for approval if additional guests will be visiting. Parking is somewhat limited. Example, bridal parties are common here, but only 8 guests may stay overnight at one time.

Firewood and Propane: we can't guarantee availability, however, we will reimburse guests if you have to purchase propane for the grill. Bundles of firewood can be purchased a few minutes away at the Rock Island Market at guests expense.

Family Amenities:
A Pack ’n Play and high chair are available. Baby gates are not provided. Furniture is not secured to wall.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Great Falls Lake. Enjoy features like laundry facilities and an arcade/game room. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the vacation home.

I cannot express how amazing this place is. From the beginning the communication with the host was phenomenal, they were so sweet & very quick with replies to any questions. The house is stunning, clean, in a great place, beautiful views, & truly has everything you could need. Beautiful home, loved the way it was decorated. The scenery was gorgeous, very peaceful. I loved waking up and looking outside in the mornings. The space was very well organized and the host was extremely helpful, great with communication. The house was well stocked with all the necessary kitchen amenities and other thoughtful items. This by far is the most amazing rental we have ever stayed at!!! Absolutely superb on every level from location, property, house, amenities, cleanliness. The home is gorgeous and we would not change a thing!! We also brought our sons dog who loved the garage and my boys loved hanging out in there. The communication with the owners was fantastic and prompt. We would recommend this property to anyone!!!
