Natalie at the front desk was awesome. She went over and above to make our stay as good as she could. She was friendly, caring and had a great attitude. However, the bed in our room was uncomfortable. For some reason the King size need had sheets that were short. We couldn't get them to cover us further than our chest. I'm sorry, my husband is talk. He didn't sleep all night for fighting with the sheets.

First we got there and the TV was broken, then the pool was so cold you couldn't get in it. Then I ended up waking up covered in bedbug bites and hives. Found the bedbug that had been biting me in the corner of tbe mattress.

My sister and I stayed at this hotel. We enjoyed the night staff, as well as the day staff. The hotel lobby and office were decorated with hand made items. This was cross stitch and it created such a homey feel. Thank you
