- Unit 2 is a single-story unit that requires exterior stairs to access
- These units have step-in showers; there are no bathtubs available
- 2 boats can be parked on the right side of the dock in the private boat slip. The boat slip is 10 feet by 24 feet, with a water depth of 5 feet
- Access to 1 boat slip per unit booked; guests booking the (combo of both units) enjoy 2 dedicated slips plus the ability to dock 2 additional boats on the exterior of the slips.
