The Space:

Admire beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean in one direction and the Coast Range in the other at this five-bedroom, oceanfront home in Nedonna Beach. This is the Oregon Coast as you're meant to experience it - with a wrap-around deck and patio, walls of windows that frame the ocean, and the beach only steps away.



This beachfront home is located in the community of Nedonna Beach, where Nehalem Bay meets the ocean two miles north of Rockaway Beach. Inside, you'll be greeted by a main living space (accessed by a flight of stairs) that's open and comfortable, offering dramatic views of the ocean through the many picture windows. There's a soft sectional sofa where you can watch TV, another sofa and a dining room table with commanding views of the water, and a full kitchen with all the essential appliances and plentiful cabinet storage.



When you're not collecting seashells or riding the waves on the beach, you'll have an expansive patio and deck where you can relax in the ocean breeze, a washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels, and five light-filled bedrooms to choose from. One of the bedrooms - an oceanfront primary suite - even has its own sitting area, a private bathroom, access to the balcony, and a desk workspace where you can use the free WiFi to catch up on emails.

We loved the location of the property. It is in between some great towns and scenery. It has a great walking beach. The house is comfortable.My only two gripes are, the sheets are old and pilled, my second complaint is the non-stick pans are beyond safe to use.

Stay was great! Amazing views, lots of room and steps from the beach. A bit of an older house but that’s what beach houses should have is some character right?! My family and I had a wonderful time there. The kids loved the sand toys that were available as well! Relaxing and fun!

It was a perfect place for our family reunion. Kitchen was well-stocked (a bit of flour would’ve been nice), but it was just fine for our needs. Beautiful beach views on the west side of the house, short walk in the path to the beach. We will definitely come back!

Seaside stay

Beautiful property and location right on the beach. Plenty of bedrooms and baths for our party of six to have their own space. Master suite upstairs is amazing.There were more pantry supplies and condiments than advertised but only one garbage bag provided as a ‘starter’.one of the items you’d need to buy if needed. The coffee pot is drip style with cone filters. You’d need to supply your own. Convenience store nearby but of course pricey which is ok if you need things quickly. There was a gas grill and beach toys which isn’t advertised. We were told twice there was no grill, yet there it was. If you have mobility issues, be aware that you’ll need to climb around 15 steps from parking area to front door and another 15 steps up to master suite and two other BRs on second floor. There are two BRs on main floor with kitchen, LR and access to outdoor deck. Beach is great for flying kites, walking, building sand castles…but much too cold for swimming unless you have a wet suit. Close to Tillamook for the cheese and ice cream tour’s and restaurants nearby too. Wonderful stay, all around.

Great space for a family

We loved the property. It was clean and spacious and steps from the beach. It wasn’t listed but there is a grill and beach toys that the kids enjoyed. I wish the sticker plants on the path to beach access weren’t there and the internet went out on us. Great views and next time we will come in later months since it was a bit chilly and windy all day. Host communicated quickly when I reached out.

Beautiful, quiet. Views are amazing. After going to the busy Cannon Beach, and the beach near Twin Rocks, it made us that much more appreciative of our quiet little slice of Heaven just steps from the Seabird. Love it here.

Great Roomy Beach House

This was a great vacation house; we loved it. But there were two problems; 1) getting in was almost impossible (unclear instructions and faulty systems) and 2) there was no instruction manual for the house for things like lighting the gas fireplace and using the thermostat for heating and cooling. The house itself was great. Checkout at 10 am is TOO EARLY!!! 11 would be much better.

Very Nice Ocean Front Home

Amazing place arranged perfectly for Families with children. Close the beach. Master Bedroom is huge with the best views. Bed was very comfortable. 4 bathrooms was really nice. Great place!

Great location but needs some upkeep

Beautiful location and great views (especially from 2nd living room/master). Dramatic wave action and rolling driftwood (note not a gentle beach for kids). Quiet town, lovely. Great size and number of bathrooms for 9 (not sure why can't have 10 except no closet in secondary king). Most bedrooms were cold, perhaps due to low battery in thermostats. All bedrooms except master face away from the beach. Purple twin bedroom on first floor lacks any window covering and some blankets needed washing. MIddle of the night malfunction of a smoke detector was a pain. Master has major water spots on all wood. But the master shower is terrific! Hot water in house usually not an issue except with 3 showers and dishes. Kitchen has most of what you'll need (and we love to cook) except platters. There IS an outdoor grill! Outer decks need restaining. It is possible to bypass the stairs to get in and take the path to the back door.

Lots of windows

It was a nice setting right on the beach great views from all the living area and the master bedroom. There were a couple issues during our stay. Friday morning we awoke to no heat or hot water. I called the help line and got through right away. About 45 minutes the heat came on and the water started to warm I called back to advise the the help desk the problem had been resolved. We had no further problem. The second really more an annoyance, was there were no extra kitchen trash bags. When you have seven people staying in in a place for four days you need more than one bag. Other than that, our stay was wonderful.

Sisters at the Seashore

Our group has been spending one week every October at the beach for the past 25 years. This house ranks as one of the best we've shared. Lots of room, very clean, well equipped and awesome beach access. It was wonderful!!

This was the best experience at the beach yet. The only recommendations we have; grab bars in/out of the first floor shower, toaster oven not working correctly, and the refrigerator was not keeping real cold. However this really did not hinder our stay as everything else was so much better than our wildest dreams.

Great home and location!

We had a wonderful time and loved the house and location. Only complaint is the listing was not complete so we didn't know there was a grill and a fully stocked kitchen. Also, the occupancy listed is inaccurate. It should be 10 because there are beds for 10 people not 9.

had trouble getting into the home. Had trouble finding the stove vent which didn't do much. Smoke alarms went off and there were no silence buttons. Only one towel in the master bath. Porch, deck, and steps needed paint. Right next to beach access so people were always walking by. Master bath shower head didn't work right. Called about stove vent and smoke detectors but got no answer and no call back for three hours. Acting general manager came by and mentioned several other items that were "on the list to be fixed"
