HOUSE AND COMMUNITY RULES
Due to the home’s beachfront location, some sand may naturally find its way into the hot tub between guest stays, even after thorough cleaning. Our team does their best to maintain the tub, but a light presence of sand can occur as a result of the surrounding environment.

This is completely normal for coastal homes, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to keep everything as clean and enjoyable as possible!

PETS ALLOWED
This is a pet-friendly home. Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, especially as this property is not fenced, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds and indoor or outdoor furniture.

Great Home; Great Location

This is a great place to stay when visiting Rockaway Beach. The neighborhood is quiet. The beach is just a few steps down from the house. The house is well-equipped - lots of room. Good internet; washer and dryer downstairs; hot tub was relaxing.
Stayed 7 nights in Jul 2025
