This luxurious brand new villa is nestled in the Heart of Hocking Hills overlooking Adamina Canyon. Experience a Colorado mountain villa right here in Ohio, while enjoying 3 miles of private serenity, vistas & picturesque landscape. With exceptional amenities such as 2 overlook decks, a 7-person hot tub, outdoor dining with motorized bay screens & fans, a propane fire bowl, along with plenty of indoor living space! This Villa offers 4 free parking spots with extra shared parking if needed!

***Please note the Villa's may have differing appearance packages when it comes to the artwork and atheistic
-Host reserves the right to remove guests from the property, without refund and at host discretion, if there are any violations of house rules whatsoever.
-NO SMOKING INSIDE OF UNIT
-Please make sure to not flush anything but toilet paper down the toilets.
-Do not use the wood counter as a cutting board and only clean with provided solution.
-Please ensure to always turn off propane when not in use.
-Fees will be imposed and compensation will be required from guests for any and all damage resulting from the guest's stay. It is important to note that as a guest, you are liable.
-Host is NOT responsible for any personal/physical injury of guest, loss or damage to guest’s personal property, or other loss of any kind not limited to above that may occur during the guest’s stay on entire property.
-Check-in is after 3:00 pm and checkout is before 11:00 am. Unless paid for via guest portal.
-Please make sure to keep the cover on Hot tub and return all furniture back to how it was.

Beautiful house! Modern. Fully stocked with appliances and supplies. This was such a beautiful stay. The only downside was the beds. The mattresses are sooooo uncomfortable that people left earlier than checkout.
