Situated amidst the beauty of nature, The Rocky Villa boasts breathtaking views of two small waterfalls, creating a serene and picturesque backdrop for your stay. The cabin features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing a cozy and intimate setting for guests. Must be 21 years or older to rent. AWD/4WD recommended.

Enjoyed the amenities: hot tub, sauna, 2 story fireplace mantel, king beds. Sheets and towels were soft. Outside bridge, waterfall and fireplace were wonderful.Challenges: bathroom floors were very cold. Gas Fireplace fumes were too heavy, causing us to not use it. Renters please know: Heat/air controls are via remotes and not a gauge on the wall. Was no broom - odd for outdoor messy landscape region.

This place is awesome! One of my favorite VRBO rentals that I’ve stayed in! Clean and inviting and the amenities were great! The property was an extra bonus! Fire pit area with bar cabin right there. Waterfalls and walking trails,I highly recommend anyone to try this place out!

I was honestly blown away by this property. The location was gorgeous. You could hike around the property if you wanted and never get bored. The house was, without a doubt, the cleanest rental property that I have ever visited for vacation. My husband and I prefer to cook, as we travel with our dogs, and the kitchen was perfect for us. We used the grill all week long and we couldn't have been happier.The hot tub was PERFECTION when we would get back from hiking each day. It was clean and very relaxing.The only thing I would mention, and this is just for people that plan to spend a great deal of time in the hot tub, is the quantity of towels provided for your stay. We had eight towels for the week as they actually provide four for each bedroom, but we did have to purchase some towels for the hot tub. This isn't even a complaint on my part. It is just to let people know to plan accordingly. I truly loved the house and the area. I would suggest it to anyone looking for a relaxing AND CLEAN place to spend your vacation. We contacted the hosting company for a couple of questions while we were there and they were amazingly helpful - very nice and responsive to our needs.

The house and surroundings are absolutely incredible. We used the hot tub every night. The location was perfect for the different surrounding hikes and getting to Logan quickly. A note to future guests that they do not provide basics in the kitchen, so bring your own oil, spices, etc. if you're cooking. Also would be great if the host provided a broom/dust pan, baking pans, and a couple of extra kitchen dish towels, so perhaps ask for those before arrival. Overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!!

We enjoyed a very relaxing weekend at The Rocky Villa. We were really impressed with the waterfalls. The picture of the water doesn't do it justice. Wish we had more places to dry our towels and clothes in the house and the freezer was dirty because something exploded previously and not cleaned up. We tried our best to clean it. The sauna was a little tricky until we read the on-line manual. The hot tub was nice and clean. Overall the house and property set-up is amazing and we would rent it again in the future!

Beautiful property with communication issues

The property was clean and the atmosphere was wonderful. We did have a septic tank alarm that went off for several hours of our last vacation day and the communication between the office, maintenance staff, and septic repair man to us about how long it would last, if it was still functional, and the time for repair could have been better. The property manager was able to resolve our concerns the following day and did provide for the time the property was not available to use due to the alarm

My family & I spent an extended weekend out at Hocking Hills & The Rocky Villa. We arrived after dark & accessibility to the property was easy to find despite spotty cell service once your down in the holler. We had question about turning on the sauna late on our arrival night & the host responded very promptly through the app. Additionally, the well prepared digital property manual describes the process very succinctly. The furniture & fixtures are all top quality, new & seemingly we were the 1st to use! The gas fireplace place puts off great heat once it warms up. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows & kitchenware for usage. We were thoroughly impressed with the property & would recommend to anyone. One suggestion, which could have a silver lining, is there is no washer & dryer. Thus, pack accordingly.
