Needs improvements

Everything was ok besides the bathroom. Floor was sticky, tub was clogged and spout was working correctly when you changed for shower head . I went to ask front desk for maintenance and no one on site and she was clueless on how to assist .

Last minute check in

Water main broke in our neighborhood so we needed to stay somewhere very last minute. Front staff were surprisingly very polite and helpful. I didn’t catch her name but she did a great job.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast was excellent. Only complaint was that the toilet flushed very slowly... Reported this to the desk on Thursday afternoon and was told that maintenance was not available on that shift. The option was to move to another room. We were on our way out and not coming back until later that evening so that wouldn't work out for us.

It was a nice surprise. We liked that the Staff made it clear that "smoking" was not allowed. YES!! We stayed at other Hotels that were non-smoking, but it never strictly enforced. The odor of smoke was all over those places.
