There was a dirty washcloth hanging over the shower rod when we got there and when I went to the front desk they handed me a glove and a bag. Then the toilet was clogged and they gave us the plunger to unclog it.

Neighboring room was very noisey. Asked manager for a different room. The gentlemen put me in a room further away. Excelent customer service. Only improvement i would suggest is the shower curtain rod needed to be reamounted to the wall. Otherwise no complaints

To my surprise this Super 8 hotel was quite nice, staff was friendly and the bed was super comfortable. It was really cold outside when l arrived the lobby was warm even my room was warm when l walked in. I would definitely stay here again.

Cheap but gross breakfast area and no caffeine.

Room was clean enough (there was a fast-food drink carrier on top of the microwave, which wasn't a HUGE deal since it was barely visible so kind of understandable that it was missed.) My issue was with breakfast the next morning-juice was available in open pitchers in a refrigerator (kind of gross in and of itself), there was a half-eaten breakfast bar or something on the counter, crumbs and etc all over. And most importantly the caffeinated coffee carafe was EMPTY. The decaf was full. It was not even close to time for the breakfast to be closed. When we checked out and walked through, you could tell the tables had only been half-a$$ed wiped off. Cheap room but gross breakfast and no caffeine was just not cool.

We were supposed to have a handicap accessible king size room. When we got there, there was a hole in the floor of the shower where it had been patched with duct tape. When showering black goo came out. They moved us to another room but it had only a full side bed. There were also ants. In they came and sprayed but the room reeked of bug spray for the remainder of our 10 day stay. This was an awful experience. We will not stay here again
