Bayfront Condominiums at Kontiki Beach are located on Aransas Bay where visitors have access to an 800-foot fishing pier located to the north of the property. It is available for your fishing needs or use it to take a stroll to view the bay. There is an adjoined fishing bridge between the 600 building and the boat ramp which is used by Bayfront, Beach Resort, Fulton Beach Landing, and Sea Shell Shore tenants and visitors. There are fish cutting stations on the piers, and barbecue grills for outdoor cooking. There is a nice-sized pantry closet, a full-sized dining room table, and a long bar with two barstools. No pets are allowed in this condo.
