2nd Floor- Queen Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom and large custom shower, Queen Bedroom, Twin Bedroom with Two Twins, Full Hall Bathroom with custom shower
Garage Apt: Queen Bedroom facing the water, living room with TV, kitchen, dining room, full bathroom with custom tiled shower, washer/dryer
**Apt pricing is including in pricing from June 19th- Sept 11th. Outside of those dates it is a $1000 add on plus fees/taxes.

Clam Cove Beach Cottage is a three-bedroom vacation home perfect for a small family or a romantic getaway with another suite located above the garage. Located just above the shores of Clam Cove, this property has beautiful views of Penobscot Bay from the deck and almost every point of the home. The many windows and bright decor offer natural light throughout. The primary bedroom is privately located at one end of the upstairs, with an en suite bathroom. The other queen bedroom has spectacular ocean views and a shared hall bathroom. The garage apartment has its own queen bedroom overlooking the ocean, living room, dining room, kitchen, full bath with laundry.
Sit near the shore and roast marshmallows for s'mores by the outdoor firepit or enjoy lobsters on the deck or shoreside picnic table. Cozy and well-equipped, this cottage is a perfect jumping-off point for exploring the Midcoast.
There is great fishing for striped bass in Clam Cove at high tide, and it is a short drive to one of the best fishing spots in the Midcoast, complete with a scenic lighthouse at the Rockland Breakwater. Striped bass, cunner, mackerel are also possibilities at the Rockland Harbor.
Neighboring towns of Rockland and Camden are mere miles away and offer plenty of restaurants, art events, galleries, and shops to enjoy, and the Samoset Resort, with championship golf course, is a half mile down the road. In Rockland, you can catch the ferry to near by year round populated islands. As stunning colors reflect off the water at sunset, watch the wooden schooners maneuver into the cove for a quiet, safe anchorage.
