Remove personal items and take out the trash

On departure please remove all trash (dumpster is up front by the entrance). Leave beds unmade, place all dirty towels on floor and load dishes into washer and start cycle, turn off lights and lock up
Pet policy reminder: please make sure all pet waste is picked up, cleaned and disposed of before departure. Additional cleaning fees may apply. make sure your pet friend is off furniture and behaved.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
