Enjoy a sleek kitchen, chic furnishings throughout, and tranquil water views inside and out. Meander along the mile-long boardwalk as you enjoy views of the lagoon and Goose Island State Park. Bring or rent a boat and venture out for a day on the water. Head into Rockport for sun-kissed days on the beach and to sample the local culture and cuisine. Head just 1 mile to Goose Island State Park to witness The Big Tree - one of the largest live oaks in the world.

Start the day with fresh coffee and pristine water views on the covered deck, outfitted with two Adirondack chairs. Inside, unwind into vacation mode in the chic living area. At night, settle in to stream the latest cinematic release on the smart TV. Let your culinary skills shine in the fully stocked kitchen, featuring quartz countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When it’s time to eat, enjoy your delicious creations at the island bar. Rest peacefully in the primary suite, complete with a king bed, private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a Keurig coffee maker. Sleep soundly in a queen bed in the second bedroom. The third bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds. The top-floor fourth bedroom - which can double as a bonus living area - is equipped with a queen sofa bed.

Amenities for your enjoyment include a 2.1-mile community boardwalk, a firepit, a fishing dock, a hammock park with an outdoor kitchen and gas grills, a bayfront pool, a bayfront pier, and kayaks (must remain at the pier).

THINGS TO KNOW
Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
