This Newly-constructed three-bedroom house is located on North Fulton Beach Road in a corner lot of the Fulton Beach Landing subdivision which encompasses the entire corner lot of Business Highway 35 and Fulton Beach Rd. The home's living area features a big screen TV, overseen from the kitcen area which inlcudes a long island and all the kitchen appliances and amenties needed for a weekend,week-long or month long stay. Two smaller bedrooms share a bathroom, while the master bedroom has its own master bathroom. The house also features a drive-through garage with entry at both front and back. There is a small porch area in front of the house and visitors may use the propane barbecue pit located in the garage. There is a community pool located at Fulton Beach Landing, on the west end of the subdivision, parallel to Business Highway 35. With its proximity to Kontiki Beach Resort and Bayfront Condos at Kontiki, Fulton Beach Landing visitors have access to the Kontiki boat ramp as well as the small fishing pier, as well as the 800-foot fishing pier at Kontiki.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Aransas Bay. The vacation home offers a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
