Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Take all trash, including bathroom trash bags, out to the trash cans on the side of the garage. Pull the cans to within 2 ft of the road, with silver bar facing the street. Pick up day is 7 am Monday.
Please turn the heat down to 68º F in the winter, and please turn the AC up to 78º F in the summer.
Please close all windows and lock the backdoor leading to the yard. DO NOT LOCK FRONT DOOR KNOB OR THE GARAGE DOOR. USE KEY TO LOCK TOP DEADBOLT.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
