It’s a little weird staying in this property because there is no on-site staff. The place itself is beautiful and well kept but we did have an issue with the bathroom somehow being freezing (it’s winter). More like Airbnb than a hotel - felt uncomfortable to not have people in- person there.

The exterior of the house is wonderfully Victorian. The interior decor is art deco -- a little of a disconnect. Everything was very clean. The coffee maker didn't work and had obviously not worked for the previous guest. Plenty of parking, good value for the off-season price, and very convenient to the center of town.

It was a bit strange to not have an official office at which to check in, but the online response and timeliness was excellent. We reserved online for that same evening and were in our beautiful room by 16:00. Feedback and response time was very timely. We'd stay here again for sure.

Great place to stay in rockport! Felt very high end. Definitely will be coming back. The only thing is, since it’s an older building the fan in the bathroom kept making a weird noise. But it was also very windy, so that was likely the reason.

A beautiful property with clean, modern rooms. Only a short walk from the town. Easy access to get into the room via a code. Bed and pillows were like sleeping on clouds. Lovely hot shower. Self catering. Owners are happy to answer any questions. Would highly recommend. We would stay there again.
