This property was so lovely and quaint! We are so glad we chose it over a chain hotel! Easy check in/ check out and enjoyable sitting spaces inside the cozy parlor and outside on porch or overlooking part of the downtown! We’d definitely come back- absolutely loved beautiful Rockport!

Comfortable room and great parking. Restaurants and shops were easily walkable (steep hill if that is an issue for anyone). It was a little different to only be able to text staff/front office as there is no one at the house; however, responses were very fast. I would stay here again.

Cape Ann in the winter is quiet and beautiful. The room was large and comfortable— great shower, a fridge if you choose to bring food and wine for an in-room picnic. It was quiet and we barely heard other guests staying upstairs. Easy check-in and check-out. Lovely view, as well!
